Go to the AKC website, you will see all breeds and descriptions of their conformation and basic natures.

Dogbreedinfo.com is my favorite, especially if you want info on breeds that are not recognized by the AKC - and there are lots of those!

The best thing to do is get in touch with The Kennel Club. have a huge list of dogs and their details. Good Luck .

Yorkshire Terrier.. Small dog, good with kids, #2 most popular breed, easy to train, barks if not trained to do so, gaurd dog, adorable!

Dogbreedinfo.com has always been the best website for me when needing information on a specific breed or hybrid.

Use Wikipedia. The AKC only lists the breeds they recognize and not UKC, ARBA, or ACR.
